Littleton, CO —Several Norgren brands are combining to form a new fluid control group. FAS , Webber , Buschjost , and KIP make up the organization, which will focus on fluid control valves, systems, and solutions to provide customers with more resources, expertise, and breadth of product range.

The group includes more than 100 engineers dedicated to development of solenoid valves, process valves, and customized fluid control systems. The brands will also offer project management experience, specialized industry knowledge, and comprehensive standards understanding that reportedly will help customers increase sales, improve market share, and reduce total cost of ownership.

A variety of industry sectors—including medical, water management, environmental technology, and on-board vehicles—will be covered. Bringing these brands into one team will increase technological capabilities and provide innovative solutions, said Sean Toomes, managing director of the new group. “The engineers within the group are highly focused on providing solutions that deliver real engineering advantage,” he added.

The group will be headquartered in Switzerland and have a multi-national approach with FAS located in Geneva, Buschjost in Germany, KIP in the USA, and Webber in the UK.
