Browser-based data acquisition

Billerica, Mass. -webDAQ/100 is a web-based data acquisition device that combines high-performance A/D and D/A hardware with web technology. The device has its own built-in web server and user interface. Operation is said to be simple. Plug the webDAQ/100 into a network connection, start a web browser, and configure the device. Users can chose acquisition parameters, start and stop operations, and define data reports. When data is required, users can click on download the file-directly into Microsoft Excel if necessary. webDAQ/100 can be used with any computer that has an Ethernet port, connected locally, or multiple devices can be used in a factory or at remote sites for unattended datalogging.
