ST-Machine v1.0 CAM plug-in software generates Step-NC machine-independent CNC data. ST-Machine and CAM systems let companies begin to explore and use Step-NC data. Package currently supports Mastercam and GibbsCAM. ST-Machine and ST-Plan, a software program that generates Step-NC data from Step AP-203 or AP-214 design data, and ST Machine let machine shops and CNC programmers affordably evaluate new technology. ST-Machine is essentially a compiler for Step-NC data and can be implemented as a plug-in for popular CAM systems.
