Co-CEO and chairman appointed at Quickfilter Technologies

Allen, TX—Quickfilter Technologies Inc., a semiconductor company that develops mixed-signal ICs for programmable analog-to-digital processing, appointed Dr. Ed Staiano as its co-CEO and chairman of the board, effective August 1.

Allen, TX — Quickfilter Technologies Inc. , a semiconductor company that develops mixed-signal ICs for programmable analog-to-digital processing, appointed Dr. Ed Staiano as its co-CEO and chairman of the board, effective August 1. Previously, Staiano was a member of the company’s board of directors and the chairman and CEO of the Sorrento Investment Group LLC. He is also a member of the board of trustees of Bucknell University, chairman of Apriva LLC, and chairman of the business development committee for Acoustic Technologies.

In his new role as co-CEO, Staiano will oversee sales and marketing activities. Bob Silco will be responsible for managing all other CEO activities.
