Combination slide retainer, limit switch

Olathe, Kan. -Burger Engineering’s patent pending Smartlock Slide, Retainer and Limit Switch combines two functions in a single compact package. The product mechanically holds the slide fully retracted while its integral electrical switching element simultaneously verifies the slide position to the machine control. It helps prevent costly slide crashes during cycling and change-out. The retaining breakaway is adjustable between 17 and 27 lb. Standard unit maximum operating temperature is 175° (79.4 °C).
