SpringCM , a provider of on-demand document management and workflow, says Version 4.5 of its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) content management system (CMS) includes 54 features and enhancements for improving document-centric processing and enhancing the SpringCM user experience.
Says CEO Dan Carmel, “Customer feedback was instrumental in guiding our development efforts, and many of the new features are directly attributable to user suggestions.”
Key capabilities enable process managers to manage work more effectively, identify and resolve process bottlenecks, and gain insight to both business and process metrics.
Among the benefits of the new release are the ability to separate PDF documents such as faxes into multiple documents; the creation of saved searches to speed up common search tasks; expanded options for bulk upload and migration; and enhancements to the Advanced Workflow activity functions.
