Communication interface cards

AD-CIF Series of dedicated Fieldbus communication interface cards works with three popular communication protocols: Profibus, DeviceNet, and CANopen and three fast PC interfaces: PCI-bus, PC/104, and PC/104-Plus. Series supports remote input/output modules for real-time data transfer between PCs and field automation equipment. Fieldbus master/slave communications functions let the master cyclically monitor and control multiple slaves to ensure a balance between performance and reliability. Dual-port memory helps to independently exchange data among devices on the bus, relieving the CPU of some processing tasks and allowing high transmission rates.
