Compact servo indexer

Pittsburgh, Pa.— BAI Intelidrive series of compact indexers are intended for simple positioning applications. BAIs operate in velocity, torque, indexing, and teach modes to drive brush and brushless servo motors. BAIs also have analog and RS-232 interfaces, and will accept standard clock and direction inputs for stepping system replacements.

The units are capable of point-to-point motion from a stored program initiated from an input. Acceleration, deceleration, and velocity parameters are said to be easily predefined for the moves. A handheld terminal or a PC can be used for setup and programming. Each model measures 7.25 × 2.88 in.
