CompactPCI catches FireWire

Osterville, Mass.— FireWire communications are included as a standard on a new line of 3U CompactPCI boards. ICP-K233 is a family of Intel Pentium-class CPU boards using the AMD K6 processor including SDRAM and Flash RAM and a graphic controller supporting DRTs, LCDs, and TFTs. Multiple communications offered include FireWire, 10/100 Ethernet, 10baseT or 100baseTx, TCP/IP, and USB.
