Compressive force transducers for harsh environments

HBM's C10 line of compressive force transducers applications range from propulsion testing, end-of-line testing, and any application where precision force in harsh environments is required.

HBM’s C10 line of compressive force transducers are hermetically sealed and have an IP68 rating, which allows them to be used in environments where dirt and moisture can be a problem. The C10 is available with various nominal forces ranging from 2.5 kN to 1 MN, in accuracy classes ranging from 0.03 to 0.06. The C10 transducers have a very low temperature coefficient. The zero point temperature coefficient, TC0, is 75 ppm/10 K. The C10 transducers have a variety of available options including a double-bridge option as well as many different cables and connectors. Altogether, the C10 transducers have 2,304 different configurations. Applications for the C10 transducers range from propulsion testing, end-of-line testing, and any application where precision force in harsh environments is required.
