Exton, PA —The Control and Information System Integrators Association (CSIA) recently scheduled its 2004 Executive Conference for May 13-16 at the Embassy Suites hotel in Palm Desert, CA. Registration forms will be mailed out in January.
Meanwhile, the agenda for CSIA’s conference will include the following topics:
-
The latest technological trends from selected CSIA Associate Member companies;
-
Legal advice, human resources tips, and automation industry market forecasts;
-
The keys to entering and growing your business in the “Factory Automation Services Market;”
-
Sharing CSIA members’ technical expertise through cross-licensing arrangements; and
-
The overseas flight of manufacturing and now engineering services: What’s happening? What will remain? What should we be doing? Panel experts will include Dick Morley and Jim Pinto.
In addition, CSIA reports that it’s received some requests from members about bringing one of their top clients or key consultants, as their guests, to the 2004 Executive is conference. The organization says doing this can be useful because CSIA members who previously brought guests found that their clients were tremendously impressed with the information they gained about system integration. Plus, the members’ positioning with those clients reportedly went up quite a few notches. As a result, CSIA is offering interested members a 50% reduction on their guests’ registration fees. However, because capacity attendance is expected at the 2004 conference, this discount offer will be limited to a total of 25 guests. Consequently, members with prime candidates they want to invite should approach CSIA now to set the wheels in motion.
