Digi, Lantronix settle lawsuits, form cross-licenses

Minnetonka, MN; Irvine, CA—Digi International Inc. and Lantronix Inc. agreed Nov. 4 to dismiss the patent infringement and trade secret lawsuits between the companies. They also agreed to enter into cross-licenses of each other's patents, which had been the subjects of the lawsuits.
