Direct-drive frameless motors

ULT direct drive frameless motors are suited for a variety of applications in medical devices, semiconductor equipment, and satellite tracking systems. More than 25 new versions of the motors have been created in the last 2 yr; new motor sizes are routinely created and delivered in 4-6 weeks. ULT motors span sizes from 50 to 350 mm (2-13.28 in.) diameter with axial lengths as small as 2.5 mm. Torque output range extends from 0.25 to 6,000 lb-in. All motors offer a large through-hole in the rotor; optional back iron ring may be used to mount single ring, multi-pole magnets directly to rotating assemblies.
