EC: PlantTriage Control Performance Monitoring
PlantTriage now pinpoints a specific root-cause for each process plant upset. The new tools can be pointed at quality, production, and cost problems. Using regular on-line data from existing control systems, the software automatically finds a specific root cause, and clearly displays the answer. The new capability combines technical advances in correlation analysis, ready access to process data via OPC, and graphical, web-based dashboards.
