PlantTriage v12 offers automated self-configuration, faster performance, a re-designed user interface, better analytical tools, and greatly improved tools for advanced controls.
PlantTriage v12 includes tools for automated self-configuration. Connect PlantTriage to a control system’s OPC server and PlantTriage automatically completes configuration work. It finds the control loops, configures PlantTriage for them, and starts analyzing the control system immediately. When new controls are added to the DCS, PlantTriage starts the analysis and diagnosis right away. This allows faster start-up, with fewer resources.
With a completely re-designed user interface, PlantTriage makes it easier and faster to access detailed diagnostic information. These design changes are based on extensive user input and feedback. Simplified navigation make it easy to get from anywhere to anywhere. Search capabilities have been improved. Particular attention has been paid to the needs of new users. User-friendly design practices make PlantTriage more accessible to a wide variety of plant users, including operations, maintenance, management, and engineering.
ExperTune has re-designed the internal operation of historian, database, assessment calculations, retrieval, and display generation. PlantTriage v12 now performs faster, with greater stability, and greater capacity to add functionality in the future.
Using a proprietary learning technology, PlantTriage remembers which systems the user is are working with, and uses that knowledge to highlight key information on every report. This helps the user to maintain focus while working with the many tools in PlantTriage.
An automated, personalized newsletter now keeps users informed about plant operations. The newsletter focuses specifically on those items of interest to each user, based on their role, areas of responsibility, and history.
PlantTriage v12 also supports the creation of PV-only "loops". This makes it very simple to apply the full power of PlantTriage to analyzers, stand-alone instruments, weather, and other non-controls information, at a reduced cost and with simple configuration.
