Endress+Hauser, Neles Automation form joint venture

Endress+Hauser International Holding AG and Neles Automation Inc. agreed July 3 to create a 100-employee joint venture for technology development and worldwide sales and product deliveries. Their new joint venture company will handle sales and services for both firms’ field system solutions in Finland. Similar joint venture companies may be established in other markets in the future. In addition, a joint technology unit will be established for developing new technologies and advanced field system solutions. It will focus on integrating fieldbus and communication technologies into a wide range of products.
