Rhino power supplies include the metal-housed PSM Series and plastic-housed PSP Series.

Rhino PSM Series industrial grade switching dc output power supplies have a sturdy steel case to withstand harsh environments and are applicable worldwide with autoselect inputs for 115 V ac or 230 V ac and international agency approvals. Available in 12 or 24 V dc output and adjustable output voltages, supplies feature low output ripple and overload and over-temperature protection.

Seven models offer power ratings from 78 to 600 W and up to 25 A output current. Each includes two diagnostic outputs for monitoring low output voltage levels and allow for remote notification to a PLC, SCADA, or MMS (maintenance management system). All include multiple output terminals to facilitate wiring in parallel load configurations, dual status indicator LEDs, and pluggable screw terminal block.

Products comply with latest EMC immunity and emissions standards. Reliability MTBF is greater than 350,000 hours, in accordance with IEC 61709. Add-ons include a Redundancy Module for configuring a true redundant power system with power sharing; a Battery Controller Module for creating a dc UPS system by charging and monitoring an external battery; and a Buffer Module for maintaining output voltages of a 24 V dc supply after brownouts or voltage dips.

Rhino PSP Series plastic housed ultracompact switching power supplies are available in 5, 12, and 24 V adjustable models. Fourteen models are available with power ratings of 20 to 120 W and up to 8 A output current. DIN rail or panel-mountable products have universal 85-264 V ac/dc inputs, adjustable dc voltage outputs, and power good signal. They feature low output ripple and short circuit, overvoltage, and overload protection.
