EAO Corporation’s Series 71 flush mount switches utilize a mounting system to any PCB with a contained locking pin located on each switching contact block. These switches are designed to provide tactile feedback and IP65 sealing capabilities and are designed for machinery and control cabinet engineering applications. The combination of soldered contact blocks and the twist and lock fixing mechanism removes the need for mounting studs. When the contact block is mounted to the PCB, each switch contains a locking pin which can be removed to separate the switch actuator from the PCB assembly. The pushbuttons, illuminated pushbuttons, keylock switches, selector switches, and indicators can be combined in any arrangement and mounted on the same PCB level. The flush mount switches also have a modular structure that enables a diverse range of configuration options with a variety of actuators and switching elements available. The flush-mounted construction gives each application a modern front design and protects the control devices from damage. The round, square or rectangular lenses have a large area for text/symbols and bright LED illumination to help customers design intuitive operator controls.
