Models 1206 and 1306 differential pressure gauges from Orange Research are intended for use in high-pressure lines.

Differential pressure gauges from Orange Research are designed for use where line pressures are elevated. Models 1206 and 1306 have 10,000-psi line pressure ratings to accurately measure differential pressures on liquids in ranges from 0-5 psid up to 0-1,000 psid. The devices are applicable in offshore operations, power generation, gas pipelines, and compressors in filtration or for measuring flow across an orifice plate.

The gauges have pressure bodies machined from solid metal blocks and a rugged piston sensor to withstand severe environments where overpressure is common without losing 2% full-scale accuracy. Magnetic coupling of the sensor and indicator separates the process fluid from the user. Solid-front gauges or blowout ports are unnecessary.

Gauges come in stainless steel or aluminum with 2.5-6 in. dia. dials. Static seals are available in many materials; porting connections are offered in medium pressure, high pressure, NPT, BSP, MS, SAE, and more. Switches and transmitters can be added to allow from remote indication of process conditions. NEMA 4X and IP65 ratings protect the electrical components.
