High-speed, low-voltage, dual, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switches offer switching time 40% better than existing products while maintaining low on-resistance (R on ) flatness and channel matching. Improved bandwidth of 130 MHz makes the devices suitable for video and high-speed data signals. Supply voltage range from 1.6-3.6 V supports a broad range of designs. Digital logic inputs are 1.8-V CMOS compatible. Applications include portable battery powered devices and low-ohm speakers and headsets. Switches are available as two normally open), two normally closed, and a combination of one open and one closed switch. www.austriamicrosystems.com
