Honeywell sues ABB alleging patent infringement

Honeywell Industrial Control filed a lawsuit against ABB Industrial Automation on June 7 in the Northern District of California alleging patent infringement related to technology used in Honeywell's sheet scanning devices. This technology increases the accuracy of quality control measurements used in papermaking.

Phoenix, Ariz. — Honeywell Industrial Control filed a lawsuit against ABB Industrial Automation on June 7 in the Northern District of California alleging patent infringement related to technology used in Honeywell’s sheet scanning devices.
