Honeywell Industrial Control filed a lawsuit against ABB Industrial Automation on June 7 in the Northern District of California alleging patent infringement related to technology used in Honeywell's sheet scanning devices. Phoenix, Ariz. — Honeywell Industrial Control filed a lawsuit against ABB Industrial Automation on June 7 in the Northern District of California alleging patent infringement related to technology used in Honeywell’s sheet scanning devices.
