The controller handles up to 48 control loops and 48 digital I/O points. Process data, alarms, and digital states can be shared among process and logic controls. It consists of a variety of analog and digital I/O modules and accessories that snap together and mount on a DIN rail. AnaWin, an HMI package, and LogicPro ladder logic development software, support PPC-2000 running on Microsoft Windows 95 or NT. The unit itself runs on flash memory independent of a PC.
