Newton, Mass.— The Norcross In-Line pH Sensor is designed to be placed directly in a fluid line. Its patented sensor technology is intended for use in water-based printing, coating or corrugated paper industries. The sensor features a flat tip pH probe. As fluid flows through the sensor, the end of the pH probe is scrubbed and the pH is measured. Output is 4-20 mA dc. The sensor features a built-in reservoir or “pool,” ensuring the pH probe remains wetted during down time. Previously in-line sensors in the paper, coatings, or corrugated paper industries would fail because probes became crusted with dried inks and coating materials. www.viscosity.com
