Linear response from piezo drives

Eindhoven, The Netherlands— A series of motion controllers from Nyquist incorporates algorithms to correct nonlinear response of piezo-electric servo motors. The resulting system behaves like a dc drive, while retaining the dynamic response of piezo motors.
