Linearizer Features Smooth Output

Phoenix, Ariz.— EG&G Flow Technology has introduced a new version of its LinearLink turbine linearizer. Designed to be used in conjunction with the company's FT Series of turbine flowmeters, LinearLink now features blade averaging, a process in which the linearizer collects data from a set number of measurement periods and averages them.

Phoenix, Ariz.— EG&G Flow Technology has introduced a new version of its LinearLink turbine linearizer. Designed to be used in conjunction with the company’s FT Series of turbine flowmeters, LinearLink now features blade averaging, a process in which the linearizer collects data from a set number of measurement periods and averages them. The result is a smooth output that reflects the flowmeter’s accuracy. Response time is 7.5 msec. at startup with a maximum of 60 msec. response time for continuous monitoring.
