Beaverton, OR – The affordable TDS1000 and TDS2000 Series digital storage oscilloscopes (DSOs) are small, light-weight (just over 4 lb) instruments that are intended for use in service and repair, manufacturing testing, and digital design and debugging applications. The compact 12.72 x 4.90 x 5.96 in package saves space on the engineer’s bench and is easy to carry into the field. The two TDS1000 Series models are monochrome two-channel instruments with a 1 GS/sec maximum sample rate and a bandwidth up to 100 MHz. The five models in the TDS2000 family are said to be the most powerful tools in their class. Available in either color LCD two- or four-channel versions, these instruments deliver up to 200 MHz bandwidth and 2 GS/sec maximum sample rate. Standard features for both families include a Fast Fourier Transform function, advanced triggering, and a unique autoset feature that offers automatic detection and choice of different view of sine wave, square waves, and video signal. It also provides up to four automatic measurements for the displayed signal. The TDS1000 and TDS2000 DSOs are priced from $995 to $2,795.
