By linking the GCX Process Gas Chromatograph Transmitter with the Fisher FloBoss 407 Flow Manager, gas flow is measured in BTUs per hour. GCX Process Gas Chromatograph Transmitter, housed in a Class 1, Division 1, Group B enclosure, unites features of a traditional gas chromatograph in a transmitter package. It has a modular design separating instrument electronics from the sample analysis section providing for easy troubleshooting and parts replacement. FloBoss 407 Flow Manager is a high-performance flow computer capable of measuring and controlling natural gas flow on up to four meter runs. It features AGA-compliant gas calculation, PID loop control, logic functions, and sequencing control. Together, they support more than 80 standard process measurement applications.
