Mixing System for Water, Paper Applications

Lansdale, Pa.— Polymaster ET is a mixing and diluting system that can handle high molecular weight liquid polymers and retention aids and produce dilute solution at rates of up to 50 gpm. Polymaster is used extensively in paper making and water and wastewater treatment. Its patented Gatlin distribution head is a motor-driven mechanism that hydraulically segments the polymer into ultrathin film platelets for maximum activation. Polymaster’s triple action static mixer provides gentle backmixing that dilutes the activated polymer platelets produced by the distribution head, without shear damage.
