Network security specialist Enterasys leans out quoting process with BigMachines, Salesforce.com, SAP integration
Enterasys , a leader in network security hardware, software, and services, has selected the BigMachines CPP (Configure, Price, Propose) solution to help manage information across multiple global sales channels. Specifically, Enterasys will use BigMachines integrated with Salesforce.com and SAP to help their sales teams and channel partners generate quotes, manage product configurations, and enter orders.
Enterasys designs, deploys, supports and services integrated hardware and software solutions that intelligently sense and automatically respond to security threats – and proactively prevent threats from entering your network. Enterasys is based in Andover, MA in the Boston-metro area.

BigMachines CPP will be tightly integrated with Enterasys’s Salesforce.com CRM system to provide a single view of customer data, in addition to automatically updating sales forecasts as quotes and orders are created and changed. Enterasys will also open the application to resellers to allow them to quickly and efficiently quote the Enterasys product line.
