Odyssey Software Inc. announced Oct. 15 it is joining Total Control Products’ (TCP, Melrose Park, Ill.) Microsoft Windows CE Partners Program. Odyssey’s CEfusion product has been certified to integrate with TCP’s FactoryClient 2000 shop floor terminal for control, HMI, data interface, and third-party client applications. TCP will also deliver licensed versions of CEfusion, which allows FactoryClient 2000 applications to share data with execution systems and enterprise applications by using Microsoft Windows DNA technologies. FactoryClient 2000 can be used as a portal for many factory floor applications. TCP launched its Windows CE verification program Oct. 5 to ensure that CE-based software packages operate with FactoryClient 2000. Verified products will display a “FactoryClient Verified” logo, and TCP will assist with sales and distribution. For more information, visit www.odysseysoftware.com or www.total-control.com .
