Omron Electronics LLC’s OASIS (Omron Authorized Systems Integrator Solution) is a service offering that introduces those with automation projects to Omron-certified systems integrator partners who can design and deliver an affordable automation system using Omron easy-to-operate controls, the company says.

Omron-certified Systems Integrators have proven expertise in the implementation of our latest technologies, providing turnkey system solutions. They meet Omron’s strict measures for operational excellence, application expertise and customer focus. They also possess industry and application experience which complements Omron’s capabilities in specific markets.

While there are many systems integrators with project experience using Omron automation, "All of the certified systems integrator partners in our program have completed rigorous training and have committed to an active, extensive relationship with Omron to provide the most productive and cost-effective automation solution for their customers," said Dave Andersen, U.S. sales channel manager. "The services and resources made available through OASIS Program associates will translate into more effective, better managed systems for customers looking to upgrade manufacturing processes or to install solutions for improved productivity or efficiency."

To search for systems integrators certified in motion, PLC control, and machine vision technologies, visit www.omron247.com and click the Services tab.

Omron says program participants can deliver:

-Project management;
-Machine design;
-Machine control (PLC, HMI, motion, vision, robotics, etc.);
-Panel building;
-Information management;
-Network design; and
-Start-up assistance, among other services.

The integrators can handle discrete parts operation, a batch or continuous process, where "information flow, control and management are key elements to success," says Andersen. "Omron’s OASIS Program offers expert-level systems integrators to provide the appropriate level of information — on time and on budget," he said.
