Ottawa, Ontario — SCADAForum is a fully interactive, virtual meeting place for Control Microsystems (CMI) customers and the SCADA industry. CMI, a global developer of advanced RTU/PLCs, SCADA host software and intelligent sensors, has leveraged its technical experience to offer, through “SCADAForum, threaded discussion groups, a powerful search engine and an extensive technical resource library. Both customers and SCADA users can exchange ideas, product applications and product feedback by signing up for the free service.

According to Steve Goodman, vice president of marketing at CMI, “Creating an online, interactive community is essential for helping SCADA engineers, integrators and end users maximize their investment in SCADA technology and products. It is no secret that people gain significant value when they interact, so SCADAForum has been designed as a convenient collaboration tool that can provide answers to questions when you need them. We encourage people to sign up for this free service. Each new member will strengthen the SCADA user community.”

The Forum is moderated by CMI technical staff. Users must sign up to fully participate in forums and discussion groups and to access the knowledge database; interested parties are welcome to browse the site.
