Oxygen analyzer allows high-temperature measurement
Servomex's 2200H high-temperature, paramagnetic oxygen transmitter eliminates the need to condense hot samples before analysis. Designed for use with sample temperatures up to 100 °C, the unit needs no purge gas or reference gas, regardless of whether the analyzer is used in a new installation or as a replacement.
Servomex’s 2200H high-temperature, paramagnetic oxygen transmitter eliminates the need to condense hot samples before analysis. Designed for use with sample temperatures up to 100 °C, the unit needs no purge gas or reference gas, regardless of whether the analyzer is used in a new installation or as a replacement. Fully approved for use in ATEX category 2 applications (FM Class 1, Division 1), this T3-rated device is certified as flameproof to EE xd; is intrinsically safe to EX ia; is sealed to IP66/NEMA 4X; and conforms to requirements of EN 50104.
Operating point can be factory set in one-degree steps between 60 °C and 110 °C. Throughout its range, the analyzer can measure oxygen content from 0 to 100% with an accuracy of 0.04% and a repeatability of 0.03%.
Typical applications for the 2200H include solvent recovery, PTA plants, vent/flare headers, and solvents with high boiling points, such as xylene, toluene, and off-gas analysis of sewage sludge. 2200H also can be used in other processes with a sample dew point of 60 to 110 °C. www.servomex.com
