Madison industrial and factory automation cable line has been expanded to include additional designs, technologies, and options for power, encoder, communication, and serial interfaces. Advanced cable construction technologies are said to provide superior flex and continuous-flex properties, and include RoHS-compliant materials and latest in jacketing, shielding, and conductivity. Custom cable designs integrate a mix of these advances to meet specific needs. Among available cable formulations are polyurethane, FEP, and TEP. Insulation options include FEP and Hytrel thermoplastic polyester elastomers; for EMI/RFI mitigation, braiding, spiraling, and foil-lined components can be used.
