Premier System Integrators purchases FeedForward, Inc.

Premier System Integrators has acquired FeedForward, Inc. Terms were not disclosed.

With the addition of FeedForward’s Marietta, Ga. office, Premier now has nearly 200 employees at its offices in Nashville, TN, Huntsville, AL, Cincinnati, OH and Marietta. The company now expects to have over $45 million in sales in 2020. FeedForward management approached Premier in 2019 about the companies potentially joining together.

“We had been exploring how to grow FeedForward in a way that was beneficial to both our clients and employees,” said Bruce Karrasch, president of FeedForward. “We operate in the same region and had come across Premier many times on projects. It felt like a natural fit for our companies to join together to better serve all stakeholders.”

As part of the transition, Karrasch will be retiring from the day-to-day operations and will become a special advisor to the Premier Board of Directors. Dr. Tommy Pool, who has been with FeedForward for eight years, has joined Premier’s senior leadership team and will serve as Director of Engineering for the Marietta office.

Premier and FeedForward have been contacting clients to inform them of the acquisition.

“Our primary message to current clients is that nothing – other than us having a deeper bench – will change on active projects. The same engineers and teams that have been in place will continue to be there,” said David Lax, Premier president. “We believe an additional benefit will be on the recruitment front as we now have a presence in the Atlanta market and our overall size and employee ownership plan will be attractive to potential employees.”
