The Ashcroft B7 NEMA 7/9 pressure switch is IP66-rated and designed for satisfying requirements for pressure control, safety shutdown or alarm operations in hazardous applications. Courtesy: AshcroftThe Ashcroft B7 NEMA 7/9 pressure switch is designed for industrial and OEM applications. The 7/9 switch is explosion-proof and has a fixed or limited adjustable deadband and an external locking screw. It is ideal for satisfying requirements for pressure control, safety shutdown or alarm operations in hazardous applications. These switches are IP66-rated and are approved for use in most NEC Class I and II hazardous locations. Each pressure switch can be fitted with a variety of diaphragm materials (including Monel for NACE applications) or with an external diaphragm seal to resist caustic or corrosive media. It has a single-setpoint and pressure ranges to 3,000 psi.
