Sanitary magmeters target process industry flow applications
FXE4000 electromagnetic flowmeter from ABB offers universal measurements of all conductive liquids.
Warminster, PA — ABB Instrumentation has launched the FXE4000 electromagnetic flowmeter into the U.S. market, expanding its line of flow measurement products. Device lets users take a wide range of measurements from simple to extreme in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. With universal applicability for flow measurement of all conductive fluids, device features accuracy to &nd Profibus.
Basic flowmeter primary body can be adapted to existing connection types using threaded adapters such as weld stubs, tri-clamps, or male threads. Wafer and flanged designs are also available. FXE400 flowmeter is constructed with a vacuum resistant and form stable PFA liner. It includes advances in the primary that installs in a process pipeline and the new digital converter, which uses a simple, menu-driven configuration. A short, quick data entry process loads user parameters. Illuminated two-line display lets the user view up to six parameters simultaneously.
