Chicago, IL— Helicomm is demonstrating its integrated platforms for wireless sensor and industrial control applications this week at Sensors Expo 2005 , June 6-9, at McCormick Place’s Lakeside Center. The firm says these wireless platforms integrate its ZigBee-ready wireless networking components and tools for deploying and integrating wireless control and monitoring platforms in home control, industrial automation, security, and medical monitoring.
Helicomm’s wireless sensor and industrial control platforms include standard-based modules, M2M terminals, network gateways, and other tools and software, which enable users to integrate and deploy wireless monitoring and control applications.
‘We’re pleased to participate in Sensors Expo, and show our wireless sensor and industrial automation platforms,’ says Jack Sun, Helicomm’s president. ‘Helicomm has the broadest collection of ZigBee development solutions available in the industry. With the combination of our expertise in design and real product deployment experience with global manufacturers, Helicomm helps companies accelerate development cycles, and get to market fast.’
The firm’s FCC-certified embedded modules and M2M terminals support 915 MHz and 2.4 GHz frequencies and integrate with Helicomm’s ZigBee-based or IPv6 mesh networking software. The company says its ability to integrate its ZigBee terminals for local data aggregation with its wide area GPRS/CDMA terminals gives users the most choices for their communications needs. Helicomm adds that its residential gateway integrates its wireless module, networking and deployment software for localized control, provisioning, and wide area connectivity.
