LoggeR serial data logger interfaces directly to the serial port of a PLC. Designed to provide an inexpensive way to log information generated from a PLC, device can store 16 KB and uses RS-232 ASCII communications. It comes with a utility software package to enable data transfer to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. All information stored in the device is controlled by PLC. The unit is strictly a receiving device. Time/date stamped data require a PLC with a real-time clock.
