San Diego, Calif. — Hardy Instruments introduces Cockpit Configuration Assistant, a setup and configuration aid for its 2151 Series weight controllers. It includes application descriptions, wiring diagrams, and animations to help users correctly configure and wire the weighing system and automatically determines positive and negative values for each parameter entered into the application. The program also displays approximate system response time to help users calculate potential throughput. Technicians can program and save configuration parameters on a PC and download the information to Hardy’s Secure Memory Module (SMM) to store and protect critical data; the SMM then can be installed into an instrument that will automatically configure itself to these parameters.
