Smart camera series for production line applications

Cognex Corporation’s (NASDAQ: CGNX) In-Sight Micro 8000 series smart cameras are designed to be deployed on the production line for guidance, inspection, gauging and industrial identification applications. The In-Sight Micro 8000 uses the In-Sight Explorer software as well as PatMax RedLine technology and uses In-Sight vision tools at speeds comparable to a PC. The In-Sight Micro 8000 series measures just 31 x 31 x 63mm and includes Power over Ethernet (PoE) minimizing cabling and making these vision systems ideal for integrating into tight spaces on robots and hard-to-reach machinery.
