Super Group Limited —a multibillion-dollar industrial company and integrated supply chain management business focused on providing third-party logistics services, fleet solutions and retail supply chain and cross-border transport—is turning to ToolsGroup to offer value-added inventory optimization services to its customers.
Super Group will use ToolsGroup’s software to help customers increase service levels, improve inventory turns, and achieve highly automated replenishment planning.
Super Group is a public company headquartered in South Africa, employing nearly 7,000 employees.
“Inventory optimization is a hot topic for our customers, and many companies are beginning to focus on how to deliver service-level excellence with less working capital,” says Ken Osler, general manager of Super Group’s Supply Chain consulting division. “ToolsGroup’s software enables us to provide our customers with a highly automated, reliable, and extremely cost-effective service.”
Using ToolsGroup’s Service Optimizer 99+ inventory optimization software, Super Group will help its customers optimize operations as well as provide strategic consulting and business process outsourcing services. “Customers want more value-added services from their fourth-party logistics providers,” says Joseph Shamir, CEO of ToolsGroup. “Demand-driven inventory optimization industry leaders such as Super Group are responding by augmenting the services they provide with additional software.”
