Support satisfaction survey available on CE website

Want to augment post-sale support and service in your discipline or region? Here’s your chance to let us know about it. Through Feb. 25, Control Engineering will add a prominent link to its www.controleng.com website that will connect you to an in-depth support/service survey. We’re asking readers/users to invest a few minutes, and provide feedback on their experiences. Respondents that complete the survey and provide name and contact information, will be entered in a drawing for one of five $200 e-gift certificates. Results will be reported in the June 2001 issue of Control Engineering.
