Turck acquires InterlinkBT

Turck Inc . has acquired 100% of the shares of InterlinkBT , an independent industrial network company. The acquisition enables Turck to provide combined sensing, connectivity, networks, and interface technologies to customers seeking to achieve automation goals.

Turck offers a variety of industrial automation solutions including sensors and measurement, instrumentation, connectivity, and intrinsically safe products. InterlinkBT is a major provider of bus network I/O, interfaces, and connectivity solutions.
