Eaton 9130 UPS

Eaton 9130 uninterruptible power system (UPS) is designed to provide smart and energy efficient power protection, protecting computers and servers, especially those for networking and communications. New 700 to 3,000 VA 9130 UPS models serve the power protection needs and dynamic demands of integrated, unified communications (UC), such as instant messaging, e-mail, voice and video, Eaton says, regulating voltage and frequency.

When the UPS detect a potential problem, it alarms or takes corrective action, including transferring power to and from a bypass source automatically.
Eaton explains that integrated communications require protections against downtime, data loss, and process interruption.
Eaton says its 9130 UPS:

  • Helps improve the customer experience and the return on investment (ROI) with 95% or higher efficiency and 0.9 output power factor;

  • Keeps output within 3% of nominal voltage;

  • Monitors power conditions, voltage, temperature, internal components, and battery health;

  • Has an LCD display supporting multiple languages.

  • Uses three-stage charging process that can extend battery life by 50% and can provide up to 60 days notice of end of useful battery life;

  • Allows adding up to four external batteries extending UPS runtime up to four hours.

  • Can be programmed into separate receptacle groups with individual shutdown and startup schedules; and

  • Offers smart and cost-saving energy management, winning industry awards from Internet Telephony and Unified Communications magazines.

Eaton products and services include power protection and power management products.
