USB interface for data transmission to PCs

MarConnect USB hub system from Mahr Federal is said to make connecting gages with computers a plug-and-play matter. Kits provide the elements to make quick, universal assemblies of multiple measuring systems for data transmission. These include data connection cables, seven-port industrial model USB hub (any approved USB hub device will suffice), and MarCom data transmission software. Up to 100 measuring devices can be connected. Measuring sequences can be activated at the gage, on the connected PC, or using a foot switch available with MarConnect. Measuring instruments can be freely assigned and are identified with MarCom icons. Values can be transferred directly to Excel or into a text file.
