Visualization software for OPC data

Operational Insight Lite software tool from Matrikon is designed to acquire, display, and analyze OPC real-time and historical data. Based on the company’s ProcessNet visualization and decision support software, the tool enables operations, engineering, and maintenance personnel to view trends, process graphics, and KPI dashboards from desktop PCs. The tool is available for free download from the Matrikon Website starting in April. It includes connectivity to multiple OPC data sources, instant export to popular data formats including Microsoft Excel, wizards-based graphics editing, and a symbol library of more than 3,000 components.
