Automation software manufacturer TA Engineering Inc. announced March 5 a resale agreement with VMIC (Huntsville, Ala.). Under the agreement, TA Engineering’s AIMAX software will be resold with VMIC’s IOWorks Soft Logic control software. AIMAX will give VMIC customers a total control solution for PC-based systems.

Though IOWorks is compatible with many human-machine interface (HMI) products, the companies say reselling AIMAX allows VMIC to offer its customers an entire control solution. This includes everything from HMI and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) to seamless, integrated soft-logic control software running on a single PC.
