Capano is owner and president of Diversified Technical Services Inc., of Stamford, Conn., providing technical services and staffing to the water treatment industry since 1997. He also serves as the president of the New York Section of the ISA and vice-chair of the Stamford Water Pollution Control Authority. He is a Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA).
