Stamford, CT – Temperature transmitters may need to be located in rain, sleet, snow, windblown dust, falling dirt, splashing water, or hose-directed water.

Omega Engineering offers Weather Resistant Wireless Thermocouple and RTD Transmitters.

As a result new Omega Engineering wireless temperature transmitters have NEMA 4X enclosures for industrial applications of
Each thermocouple model can be programmed to work as a type J, K, T, E, R, S, B, C or N transmitter. RTD models are factory-programmed for PT100 sensors. A Lithium battery powers each unit for more than three years.
Free PC software enables the product to measure and transmit process temperature, ambient temperature, RF signal strength, and battery condition in real time. The proprietary, CE-compliant product works with all Omega UWTC series receivers, WiSeries meter/controller/scanners, and DIN rail receivers.
